Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    approximately 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 roll Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix vegetables, soup, onion, water chestnuts and approximately 1/2 cup of cheese.
    Place in greased large casserole dish. Sprinkle approximately 1 cup of grated cheese over vegetable layer.
    Crush crackers and mix with 1 stick melted butter. Sprinkle over cheese layer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
