My Mother'S Pie Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. lard
    1 tsp. salt (or less)
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 egg, beaten
    5 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt together and cut in lard.
    Add vinegar, water and egg all at once.
    Mix together.
    Can be put in refrigerator and used as needed or divide into balls and make crusts.
    This recipe makes 2 (2-crust) pies.
    To make 3 (2-crust) pies, use 4 1/2 cups flour and 1/2 extra on other ingredients.
