Orange Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. orange juice
    rind of 1 orange, grated
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 angel food cake
Preparation
    Mix in saucepan the sugar and flour.
    Add orange and lemon juices, orange rind, beaten egg and butter.
    Cook until thick, stirring constantly; chill thoroughly.
    Add 1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped.
    Slit angel food cake into 3 layers.
    Top each slice with whipped cream mixture and place together.
    Cover sides with whipped cream mixture and garnish with mandarin orange slice, if desired.
    Place in refrigerator overnight.
