Super Crispy Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 frying chicken
    hot oil (for frying)
    flour
Preparation
    Mix salt, pepper and baking soda into buttermilk.
    Dip chicken parts into buttermilk mixture, then press into flour.
    Get as much flour as possible to stick to chicken.
    Place each floured piece into hot oil.
    Stir flour to keep loose.
    Cook until well done. Drain on paper towels.
    This breading is equally good on pork chops and keeps them moist on the inside while crispy on the outside.
