Too Good To Last - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    5 large bananas, mashed
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut (about 1 c.)
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar together in a large bowl.
    Add all dry ingredients; mix and set aside.
    To the beaten eggs, add the oil, vanilla, pineapple and bananas. Add the dry mixture. Stir just enough to mix well. Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 or 60 minutes or until cake begins to pull away from pan. Cake is better when a day or so old.
