Apea Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granular sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1 Tbsp. Karo
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. vinegar

Preparation

Mix flour, sugars, Crisco and Karo like pie dough.
Combine milk, baking soda and vinegar.
Add to dough mix.
Shape into 3 cakes.
Put into 8-inch greased and floured cake tins.
Make design on top with fork.
Sprinkle with granular sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
