Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. crabmeat
2 eggs, well beaten
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
dash of Worcestershire sauce
flour
vegetable oil
Preparation

Combine crabmeat, eggs, mayonnaise and seasonings.
Mix lightly.
Add enough flour to make the crab mixture easy to handle and shape into patties.
Fry in vegetable oil, browning both sides (they will fry fairly quickly).
