Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 diced potatoes (medium-size)
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 pkg. stew meat
    1 large can tomato juice
    1 small can diced tomatoes (optional)
Preparation
    Dice stew meat, then add potatoes and onions.
    Cook in boiling water until meat is tender.
