Marinated Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can black-eyed peas
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    1 pressed clove garlic
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine oil, vinegar, garlic, onion, salt and pepper.
    Pour in drained peas.
    Cover and refrigerate 2 or 3 days.
