Beef Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef cubes (sirloin tip)
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 (1 lb.) can chopped tomatoes
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/4 to 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 large sliced onion
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Roll beef in bread crumbs. Brown well in oil.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Stir and cook a few minutes.
    Add tomatoes, water, bay leaf, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir well to loosen browned bits. Cover and simmer about 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally.
