Diabetic Banana Special(Calories: 198) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 small banana
    2 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Peel the banana and cut in half.
    Split the one-half, which is to be used in the recipe.
    Soften the peanut butter and spread in between the two slices of banana.
    Press two halves together. Place in dessert dish and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
    Pour over it the evaporated milk, which has been slightly beaten.
