Nachos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. box Mexican Velveeta, cut in 2-inch squares
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (I like French's)
    16 oz. can crushed or diced tomatoes
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    sour cream
    salsa
    nacho chips
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, drain fat and add taco seasoning mix and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and cubed Mexican Velveeta cheese.
    Simmer until all cheese is melted (10 minutes). Serve over warm nacho chips.
    Top with green onions, sour cream and salsa.
