Fresh Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. small diced purple onions
1/4 c. small diced pickled jalapeno peppers
4 cloves minced garlic
1/2 c. heaping finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 tsp. salt
Black pepper to taste
1 tsp. ground cumin
4 cans petite diced tomatoes (drained for a thicker salsa)
Preparation

Chop in food processor. Combine all ingredients. Chill for several hours.
