Italian Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
6 Tbsp. flour
1 pt. sour cream
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine cheeses and beat until smooth.
Add sugar and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add remaining ingredients.
Grease and flour a 9-inch spring-form pan.
Pour mixture into pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Turn off oven and let cake sit in oven for 2 hours longer.
Cool and refrigerate.
Serve with raspberries, if desired.
Makes 16 servings.
