Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. 100% Bran (cereal)
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. All-Bran (cereal)
Preparation
    Pour water over 100% Bran. Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs, milk and 100% Bran. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. Add All-Bran and let stand overnight in refrigerator before baking. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 3 1/2 dozen. Batter keeps in refrigerator for 7 weeks.
