Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. softened margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour (self-rising)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (No. 2) can peaches, drained (keep juice)
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar, depending on sweetness of fruit
    1/2 to 1 c. juice
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and margarine until light and fluffy. Stir in dry ingredients.
    Add milk.
    Beat until smooth.
    Pour into 2-quart greased baking dish.
    Spoon fruit
    over batter.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
    Pour juice over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
