Egg Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices of bread, crusts removed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. sausage (bulk), slightly browned and drained
Preparation
    Cut up bread; place in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cover with sausage. Mix other ingredients (except cheese) in blender; pour over the bread and sausage.
    Cover with cheese.
    Set in the refrigerator overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 12.
