Avocado Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large ripe tomatoes, diced
    1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. lime juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 large avocado or 2 medium avocados
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except avocado.
    Mix well.
    Peel avocado.
    Remove pit.
    Chop avocado into 1/4-inch cubes.
    Stir into tomato mixture.
    Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
    Great with fajitas.
    Makes 2 1/2 to 3 cups.
