Texas Chili(3 Alarm) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag pinto beans
    2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. crushed red peppers
    1/4 c. water
    2 lb. ground chuck, cooked
    2 onions, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight in pot of water.
    Bring beans to boil for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Reduce heat to medium and cover; cook 1 hour. Add onions and tomatoes.
    Cover; continue to cook 30 minutes. Add cooked beef, seasonings and water.
    Cover; simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat; let stand 1 hour.
