Shrimp And Ham Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 c. ham, coarsely chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped fine
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
2 c. tomatoes (fresh or canned), chopped
1 large onion, chopped fine
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
6 tsp. butter
1 bay leaf
3 c. hot, boiled rice
1 tsp. salt
6 drops Tabasco
Preparation

In heavy skillet, melt 4 teaspoons butter over low heat and saute pepper, celery, onion and parsley until limp and golden brown.
Add tomatoes, garlic and bay leaf.
Stir constantly.
Add salt and Tabasco; cook until mixture begins to boil.
Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring until mixture thickens.
