Vegetable Mix For Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cabbage (in chunks)
    4 medium carrots (in chunks)
    1/2 c. green pepper
    3/4 c. mayo
    Gelatin Mixture
    1 c. celery (in chunks)
    1 medium onion
    4 or 5 radishes
    1 large cucumber
Preparation
    In blender half full of water, shred vegetables for 3 seconds. Drain well after shredding.
    Combine vegetables with mayo; add cooled Gelatin Mixture.
    This will keep overnight after made into sandwiches.
    Mix will keep for several days.
