Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. French bread, diced
    20 oz. can pineapple chunks
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine or butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add butter and then sugar.
    Place bread on bottom of casserole and add pineapple, along with the juice.
    Pour egg mixture over top.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    If too soupy, bake a little longer.
