Green Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. butter
    4 eggs
    1 lb. medium or sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. milk
    1 pkg. frozen spinach
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook spinach in small amount water, then drain.
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into large greased casserole dish. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over top just before done.
    Serves 8 to 10.
