Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. chopped bananas
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs and oil.
    Stir until all is moistened.
    Do not beat.
    Stir in all other ingredients and bake at 325\u00b0.
    Makes 3 layers.
