Corn Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sweet corn (fresh cut, 3 to 4 ears)
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1 large tomato, chopped and seeded
    2 Tbsp. sugar or sugar substitute
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until butter is melted. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Stir in tomato and sugar. Cook, covered, for 5 minutes.
