Oriental Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. vegetable juice
    1 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, minced
    4 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In small bowl, stir together cornstarch, vegetable juice, soy sauce and ginger until smooth.
