Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
2 jars 3rd food Gerber carrots
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
walnuts (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine ingredients in order given. Bake 30 minutes in greased pan (Texas sheet cake pan).
