Guacamole Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium tomatoes, diced
    1/2 c. each: red and yellow bell pepper strips
    1/4 medium avocado (about 2 oz.), pared and diced
    2 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
    2 tsp. each: seeded and minced mild and hot chili pepper and freshly squeezed lime juice
    1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp. olive or vegetable oil
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. torn lettuce
    1 c. sliced red onions
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce and toss to combine.
    To serve, line serving platter with lettuce and top with avocado mixture.
