Jan Hagel Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 egg yolk (save white)
    3/4 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly and spread on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Beat egg white with fork until foamy, then brush on top of mixture on cookie sheet.
    Sprinkle pecans on top.
