Oven Fried Herbed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Stir buttermilk well.
    Dip chicken into milk.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Roll chicken in dry mixture.
    Place in a greased pan with cooking oil.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0, turning once.
    Serves 6 to 8.
