Condensed Cream Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk, stock or combination
Preparation
    Melt butter in a heavy saucepan.
    Stir in flour and salt.
    Cook until bubbly.
    With wire whisk, stir in your choice of liquid, cooking until thick and smooth.
