Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, peeled
1 medium onion, chopped
1 C. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 to 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into small cubes
2 to 3 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
Preparation

Boil potatoes until almost done. Cut into small chunks. Combine all ingredients except bacon. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Near end of baking time, top with fried bacon.
