Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. plus 3 tsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
3 c. quick oats
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In heavy skillet, melt margarine.
Then add sugar, cocoa and milk.
On medium heat, cook exactly 5 minutes and remove from heat.
Add oats and coconut.
Stir until well blended and then add vanilla.
Drop onto waxed paper with spoon; let cool and eat.
