Mccoy'S Irish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 egg
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. bread crumbs
salt and pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1 bay leaf
1 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation

Combine ground chuck, egg, pepper, onion, bread crumbs and seasonings.
Mix thoroughly.
Shape into balls.
Brown in shortening until all sides of meat are evenly browned (approximately 10 minutes).
Add tomato sauce, water and bay leaf. Bring to a boil.
Simmer 1 hour.
Serve over spaghetti.
Serves 6.
