Chili With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
    1 can kidney beans, do not drain
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 c. water
    2 c. cooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat, adding chopped green pepper and seasoning mix in a large skillet over medium heat.
    Stir in water, tomato sauce and beans.
    Reduce heat to slightly boiling and cook 10 to 15 minutes. Add corn and cooked rice.
    Cook 10 more minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Serve with shredded cheese, chopped onion, sour cream and salsa or eat plain with crackers.
    Serves 6.
