Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oleo or butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Cream oleo and sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Beat.
Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.
Add oatmeal and nuts.
Shape into 2 rolls and wrap in wax paper.
Put in refrigerator and chill. Slice and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
