Peach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3- 3 oz. pkg. peach jello
    1/4 c. cooking sherry
    1- large can peaches, drain and reserve juice, slightly blend peaches in blender or food processor
    3 c. boiling water
    1 c. peach juice
    8- ice cubes
    1 envelope knox unflavored gelatin
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except peaches.
    Let cool, then add peaches.
    Pour into a 9 x 13
    pyrex dish.
