Sour Cream Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 7 medium potatoes
1/3 c. onion
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 pt. sour cream
cornflakes or potato chips
Preparation

Parboil potatoes so you can grate on large holes of grater (or use frozen hash browns).
Cook onion and butter until tender.
Mix together soup, cheese and sour cream.
Pour mixture over potatoes. Top with cornflakes or potato chips.
Dot with butter.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
