Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 egg
3/4 c. milk (pour a little more if needed)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; add egg and milk.
Stir until smooth and creamy batter (if batter is a little thick, add a little more milk).
Add the oil last; mix well and pour onto a preheated waffle maker.
When the light goes out, they should be ready (approximately 3 minutes).
Get your butter and syrup ready! Enjoy!
