Pork Chop Apple Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (medium cut)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    cinnamon
    5 Granny Smith apples
Preparation
    Butter a 13 x 9-inch dish.
    Peel apples.
    Slice in bottom of dish.
    Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples.
    Place raw pork chops on top of apples.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Do not overbake.
