Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 can tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 lb. cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    6 oz. lasagna noodles
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Pour off grease; add tomato paste, tomatoes and salt.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Mix cottage cheese, parsley and oregano.
    Let set for flavors to absorb.
    Mix Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses.
    Cook noodles.
    Place by layers in 2-inch deep large pan, half of tomato-beef sauce, layer noodles, half of cottage cheese mixture and half of grated cheeses; repeat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
