Baked Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    6 c. milk
    4 green onions, chopped (1/2 c. chopped onion will do, but green is pretty)
    2 c. crisp cooked, crumbled bacon
    2/3 c. butter
    2/3 c. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    5 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Garnish with chives, cheese and bacon crumbs.
