Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, flaked
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 egg, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Flake salmon with fork.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix well in shallow pan over medium heat.
    Add a little cooking oil.
    Drop by spoonfuls and fry until golden brown on both sides.
