Golden Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. peeled, cubed red potatoes
2 c. water
1 c. sliced celery or 1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
2 cubes chicken bouillon
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. flour
2 1/4 c. milk
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Combine ingredients (except last 3)
in a heavy saucepan or Dutch oven.
Cook together until tender (approximately 20 minutes).
