Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 pt. light cream
1/2 pt. heavy cream
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla well; add creams and mix.
Put mixture in drum and add milk to a little less 3/4 of the drum.
