Lo-Cal Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. deveined shelled shrimp
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of oregano
    pinch of basil
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 c. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 tomatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    Brown onion and garlic in oil.
    Add shrimp, tomato sauce, tomatoes, pepper and herbs.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with rice.
    For fat-free dish, omit oil.
