Holiday Ham Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. biscuit mix
    1 1/2 c. cooked smoked ham, finely chopped
    4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 tsp. spicy mustard
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
    Place about 2-inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet or jelly roll pan.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until lightly brown. Immediately remove from pan.
    Serve warm.
    Makes about 7 dozen appetizers.
