Standard Chicken Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. soft bread crumbs
1/3 c. margarine or butter
1 medium onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 grated lemon rind
1 tsp. chopped parsley

Preparation

Melt butter and mix all ingredients, then place stuffing in poultry.
Cook your poultry in oven as called for.
