Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, peeled
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    butter
    crackers, crumbled
    ham chunks
    milk
Preparation
    Grease or butter casserole dish.
    Layer sliced potatoes, salt, pepper, soup mix, butter, crackers and ham.
    Keep layering, ending with potatoes and crackers.
    Pour milk in until you can just about see it (1/2-inch from top).
    Cover with foil or lid.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
