Lemonade Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 cube butter or margarine
1/2 c. chopped nuts, your choice
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 6-oz. can frozen lemonade, undiluted
8-oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Prepare the crust by combining the flour, butter and chopped nuts.
Pat crust into a pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 15-20 minutes; watching that you don't overbake.
For the filling, mix together the lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk and the lemonade.
Fold in the cool whip and pour into the nut crust.
Chill 2 hours or overnight.
This pie freezes well.
